This is the Mermaid ATC I made for last years swap. I'm a stickler for anything Mermaids so along with agreeing to this years swap, I'm also encouraging all of you ART friends to join in!

-The premise:
-Make 8 cards + 1
-The +1 being one for you as you will not get one of your own back.
-On back of cards be sure to put date, your name /contact info and number them 1/8...8/8
-Include $2 postage(no metered stickers), an address mailing label , put all in a padded envelope which will be re-used back to you.
-Due April 17th

Emergency Chocolate and Mermaid Atc's

I gave a bar of this to my Friend Teresa for Mothers Day! I like the instructions!

Here is Dyllan with me at a recent trip to the market. I know he's getting a little big to sit up front in the cart, but the specialty kids carts were taken and although I usually let him sit in the big part, I needed my eggs to stay safe. The nice man at the meat counter gave us hats and plenty of stickers!
In our last aisle, I gave Dyllan the note pad to draw on. Here he is re-creating battle scenes from star wars, complete with a sound effects. He can do perfect imitations of R2D2's noises and beeps.

I don't have photo to show of my Mermaid ATC that traded for these because I forgot to take a pic or make a extra one.

I participated in a Mermaid ATC swap recently and wanted to show you the lovely girls! Mine is the one on the top with the sea horse! She looks much better in person. :)

Mermaid, Childhood Atc's and Bird Inchies

~ There is just something so delightful about miniature works of art like ATC's and Inchie's!

I made the Mermaid ATC's for a swap through the Fiskateers.
I love anything to do with Mermaids!

~ These are also for the Fiskateers in a swap called childhood memories. One of the fondest memories in my childhood is cutting out paper dolls!

~ I always make one for me to keep!

~ Joanne Wardle hosted a Bird Inchie swap. Fun to do and the notepad was a gift for her to keep.

Mermaid ATC Swap 2011

I recently participated in a Mermaid Artist Trading Card Swap with my friend Valerie Myers. It's a annual swap and I look forward to this swap every year! See 2010's swap here,

The Mermaids you see above and below were the ones I made for the swap. I used vintage clip art, sea side themed stickers, souffle pens and The Robins nest white tear drops.
