Hanging Kitchen Towel

 With a little bit of sewing, a few patches and some cheery buttons, 
you can make a pot holder with hanging kitchen towel.
This is one of those projects that is so clever yet probably the most useful item in your kitchen!

Art Walk in Long Beach

Take the ART Walk

Visit the opening of SIX micro galleries exhibiting 6 different artists.
Sunday, November 3, 6-8 pm. All micro galleries are on Eucalyptus Ave between 20th and Willow. Meet the artists, chat with neighbors, have a snack, get your steps in and have fun in Wrigley, Long Beach, Ca.

If you can’t make the opening, the exhibitions are viewable until November 30th.

Day of the Dead Crafts/ Dia De Los Muertos

 The Day of the Dead — El Día de Muertos in Spanish — is celebrated on Nov. 1 and Nov 2. The Mexican holiday celebrates loved ones who have passed on by welcoming back the souls of deceased friends and relatives with their favorite drinks, food, music and more.
